UCA’s Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is designed to provide a blend of practical and theoretical tools to help students become successful leaders within the world of business in the creative industries.

Based at our Business School for the Creative Industries at UCA Epsom, you will learn a framework for management thinking, and be able to successfully negotiate and manage the practicalities and pitfalls of modern management with a creative industries focus. 

Thanks to core management skills acquired through our innovative Seminar Series - a unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow students at the Business School - you will be equipped with knowledge in accounting, marketing and HR. You will also have the opportunity to take on more specialist learning through a range of elective units, giving you a bespoke course experience.

By graduation, you’ll have your core skills, the ability to apply analytical techniques to decision-making processes and present them clearly and persuasively, the ability to apply your skills to businesses of all scale and scope and develop the personal skillset and confidence to flourish as a leader and manager.

    Tuition fees
    The course fees per year for 2021 entry are:

    • UK students full-time - £13,400
    • International and EU students full-time - £18,020 (standard fee)
    • International and EU students full-time - £17,300 (full early payment fee)

Business School

The first of its kind in the UK, our new Business School for the Creative Industries builds on our long tradition of collaborating with employers to cultivate leadership, entrepreneurial and problem-solving skills.

Facilities

Business courses at UCA Epsom share a base-room with networked computer facilities. You will also have access to our extensive range of campus facilities, including our print studios with extensive screen-printing facilities, photography studios, 3D workshops, and our media store for borrowing film and photography equipment. There is also a modern library with a wealth of books, journals, special collections and online resources.

Entry requirements

UK entry requirements

  • An honours degree (2.1 or 1st) or equivalent qualification in the subject or a related discipline

and/or

  • Relevant work experience, demonstrating your ability to study at postgraduate level.

The following professional qualifications are also acceptable:

Full membership of:
- Any Institute of Chartered Accountants in the UK or Ireland
- Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)

Associateship or Fellowship of:
-Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)

Additional Requirements:

- 10 years’ relevant postgraduate work experience
- 5 years’ management experience
- Candidates are normally required to sit a careers interview and an academic interview
