At UCA we have a number of scholarships and fee discounts available to assist you with the cost of your studies.

Undergraduate creative scholarships 2021 entry

Invicta Scholarship

Any Undergraduate course at a UCA campus in Kent

£1,500 per year payable in the second and third year of study.

Applications are welcomed from students progressing on to the second year of an Undergraduate course on a Kent campus.

Applications are welcome from UK and international students.

Academic excellence and financial need

Elaine Thomas Bursary for Care Leavers

Applications are welcomed from those entering embarking on their first year of an Undergraduate course as well as students continuing onto subsequent years (including part time).

 

£1,000 per year for the duration of the course. 

To be eligible for the Elaine Thomas Bursary for Care Leavers, you should normally have been in local authority care for a period of time since reaching the age of 14 and be in care on your 16th birthday.

Applicants should also normally be under the age of 25 when entering the University. We do however aim to be flexible and respond to individual circumstances.

 

Confirmation of status and a local authority letter of support will be required at the time of application.

The UCA Creative Europe Scholarship is for EU domiciled students commencing their studies with UCA as a new student in the 2021-22 academic year, who are classified as international students for fee purposes.

The scholarship will be applied as a tuition fees reduction for the duration of your course.

Eligibility

  • EU nationals permanently resident in an EU member state who are classified as international students for fees purposes.
  • Applicable for 2021-22 entry.
  • Applicable to self-funded applicants, as well holders of a private loan
  • The scholarship cannot be combined with any other UCA scholarship.
  • Successful applicants will be expected to get involved in promotional activities.

How to apply

The scholarship will be automatically awarded if you meet all the eligibility criteria. You do not need to complete an application form.

 

A fee discount, off the first year tuition fees for a full-time course, is available to all current UCA students in their final year, and UCA graduates from up to three years ago who are progressing to a postgraduate degree (such as a MA, MSc, MBM or MBA) starting in 2021 after completing their BA/BSc (Hons) degree at UCA

You do not need to apply. The discount will automatically be deducted from your fees before you enrol.

We have a number of fee discounts, also known as scholarships, available to new students from international countries who would like study with us from September 2021. These discounts are available to new International students and International alumni who graduated within the last three years.

  • Successful applicants will be expected to get involved in promotional activities.
  • There are a limited number of each scholarship available and they are awarded on a first come first serve basis so long as you meet the eligibility criteria and you have been nominated by an academic.

How to apply

The early-bird scholarship will be automatically awarded if you meet all the eligibility criteria.

For all other scholarships if you are not nominated by an academic member of staff at your interview you can apply directly using the International Scholarship Application Form.

Once you have submitted your application you will receive an automated email confirming your form submission.
