Application information
Academic requirements:
For our Foundation level courses, we usually require that you have:
- Norwegian Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole with average score 2, including a score of at least 4 in English.
For our Bachelor's courses, we usually require that you have:
- Norwegian Vitnemål fra den Videregående Skole with average score 3, including a score of at least 4 in English.
For our Master's courses, we usually require that you have:
- Successful completion of your Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- For the MArch, we require the equivalent of a UK 2:1 Honours degree in Architecture. The exact grade required will be confirmed at the time of application.
English Language requirements:
- We require a score of at least 4 in the English component of your Vitnemål. (if your English score is lower than 4 then we will require you to take an IELTS test and achieve satisfactory scores)

We have a number of fee discounts, also known as scholarships, available to new students from international countries who would like study with us from September 2021. These discounts are available to new International students and International alumni who graduated within the last three years.

Terms and conditions
Eligibility
- Applicable for 2021-22 entry.
- The scholarship cannot be combined with any other UCA scholarship.
- Successful applicants will be expected to get involved in promotional activities.
- There are a limited number of each scholarship available and they are awarded on a first come first serve basis so long as you meet the eligibility criteria and you have been nominated by an academic.
How to apply
The early-bird scholarship will be automatically awarded if you meet all the eligibility criteria.
For all other scholarships if you are not nominated by an academic member of staff at your interview you can apply directly using the International Scholarship Application Form.
Once you have submitted your application you will receive an automated email confirming your form submission.
