Application information
We will consider equivalent qualifications from your home country for entry onto our Foundation, Bachelor’s and Master’s courses. Please see below for details of the accepted qualifications (including English language qualifications) for each level of course. Each application we receive is considered individually and therefore these qualifications are provided as a guide.
Academic requirements:
For our Foundation level courses, we usually require that you have:

Estonian Gumnaasiumi loputunnistus (Secondary School Certificate) with a minimum overall score of 51% or 1 (Sufficient).
For our Bachelor's courses, we usually require that you have:

Estonian Gumnaasiumi loputunnistus (Secondary School Certificate) with a minimum overall score of 70% or 3 (Good). A minimum overall score of 80% or 4 (Very Good) is required for BA Architecture.
For our Master's courses, we usually require that you have:
- Successful completion of your Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
OR - For the Master of Architecture (MArch), we require the equivalent of a UK 2:1 Honours degree in Architecture. The exact grade required will be confirmed at the time of application
As well as academic qualifications, some of our courses require a portfolio of work or audition piece. If you are not sure if you have the necessary qualifications for the course you wish to take, please contact our Admissions team with scanned copies of your qualifications – they will be able to advise you further.
English Language requirements:

The UCA Creative Europe Scholarship is for EU domiciled students commencing their studies with UCA as a new student in the 2022-23 academic year, who are classified as international students for fee purposes.
The scholarship will be applied as a tuition fees reduction for the duration of your course.

Terms and conditions
Eligibility
- EU nationals permanently resident in an EU member state who are classified as international students for fees purposes.
- Applicable for 2022-23 entry.
- Applicable to self-funded applicants, as well holders of a private loan
- The scholarship cannot be combined with any other UCA scholarship.
- Successful applicants will be expected to get involved in promotional activities.
How to apply
The scholarship will be automatically awarded if you meet all the eligibility criteria. You do not need to complete an application form.
