This unit aims to enable you – as a current or future business leader in the fashion or luxury sector – to develop and influence an organisation's strategic direction within the fashion and luxury landscape. You will critique the factors specific to these industries that drive strategic development, appraise tailored strategic approaches, and develop an organisational strategy to achieve a business goal. You will also propose an approach to implement and monitor the strategy, ensuring sustained success within the fashion or luxury business context.

This unit integrates business design and development with sustainable business practices in the fashion and luxury industries. You will formulate business strategies that navigate modern market complexities and adhere to sustainable development goals (SDGs).

Fashion and Luxury Industries and Business Final Major Project
Your final major project represents the culmination of your academic journey, requiring the practical application of knowledge gained throughout your programme. It is focused on creating value for your future career at the highest strategic level. The unit challenges you to critically analyse an area of fashion or luxury business that you are passionate about.
