Enroling
at UCA
To enrol at UCA you will need to complete two steps:
- Online enrolment before you arrive.
- In-person enrolment in your first week.
You will also need to complete a learning agreement outlining the modules you will complete at UCA.
Online
enrolment
You will receive notification via email when it is time to complete online enrolment.
Online enrolment is usually between two to four weeks before the semester start date.
To complete online enrolment, you must log-on to the UCA application portal and select and confirm your courses, check and update your personal details and read UCA policies.
Once enrolled, you will be able to view your study timetable and induction programme.
In-person
enrolment
To complete your enrolment at UCA, you must attend an in-person enrolment session at your campus during the first week.
You will need to bring along your:
- Passport / ID
- Unconditional offer letter
- English language certificate (if applicable)
For exchange students coming to UK on Student Route visas you will also need:
- CAS letter
- Online record of immigration status
For questions about UCA enrolment please contact enrolment@uca.ac.uk.
Learning
agreement
As part of your enrolment to UCA you must complete and provide exchange@uca.ac.uk a learning agreement.
This agreement is a tri-party agreement between you, your home institution and UCA which outlines the modules you will take while studying at UCA.
Typically, your home university will also request this, and this version can be submitted to UCA. However, if your home university does not require this, you will need to complete the UCA Incoming Learning Agreement.
