How to
apply
Exchange students from a UCA partner institution:
- You will need to be nominated for a place at UCA by your home institution to start the process.
- If your nomination is successful, you will receive an “Invitation to Apply” email from UCA, which will contain an online link to the official application form for you to complete your application.
Free moving students:
- If you are applying for a fee-paying exchange place at UCA, please email exchange@uca.ac.uk for an application form.
Programme
selection
At UCA, incoming Study Abroad students are enrolled into Year 2 (level 5) undergraduate programmes.
Programmes are structured in a set module route. This means that you can only take the set modules within the programme of application. Typically, each semester, there are two core modules and one elective credit-bearing module. These modules have a combined total of 60 UK Credits (600 study hours), which is equivalent to 30 ECTS.
Please note: not all undergraduate programmes are open to exchange students each semester.
