Fees & finance

Investing in your future

Going to university is probably one of the biggest investments you’ll make and the expense can seem daunting. It’s important that you’re aware of all the costs involved, as well as understand what grants, loans and other financial support you’re entitled to while you're studying with us.

Funding for EU students

The UK Government has confirmed that EU, EAA and Swiss students starting a course in the 2020/21 academic year - and those already enrolled at UCA - will remain eligible for Home fee status and financial support for the duration of their course, via the Student Loans Company.

However, if you are applying to start in the 2021/22 academic year, you will no longer be eligible for home fees, or for 19+ Further Education, undergraduate or postgraduate financial support.

UCA is a partner of Erasmus+ projects and UK students will continue to be eligible for Erasmus grants until May 2022. In order for students to be beneficiaries of the grants, they have to complete their minimum of three months of study or two months of traineeship - within Europe - by May 2022.

On-line activities won’t be covered by Erasmus+ grants.
