The University for the Creative Arts is a Higher Education Corporation and an Exempt Charity under the terms of the Education Reform Act 1988 and the Further and Higher Education Act 1992, as amended by the Higher Education and Research Act 2017. The University is subject to the provisions of the Charities Act 2011; its principal regulator is the Office for Students.
