Bio

Throughout his career, Chip has written and managed a range of courses, including award-winning fashion programmes.

Working alongside UK university validating bodies, he has also set up and managed successful programmes in both India and the Middle East, giving him a good understanding of the dynamics involved in international design education.

As well as his academic experience in specialist institutions, Chip has also enjoyed considerable professional success as a multi-product designer for many leading UK and international brands. He brings his experience in managing design teams and working closely with buyers and merchandisers to the UCA Fashion Atelier course.

Chip is a passionate fashion educator and designer, and is committed to his ongoing development. He's actively involved in his own practice-based research, which concerns interrogating identities and linking shared meaning and rhetoric between Western and non-Western clothing ideologies.
