Moving Into Halls:
From 14 September
Most students with places in Halls accommodation will move in on the weekend of Saturday 14 & Sunday 15 September.
If you have a place in Halls, you’ll receive emails from our Accommodation team with everything you need to know.

Welcome Week:
16-20 September
Welcome Week is the perfect time to explore campus, meet new people, and get to know our community.
All week you can join workshops, events and activities designed to help you prepare for the year ahead.
Sessions will include introductions to:
- Your Director or Head of School
- Careers & Professional Practice at UCA
- Gateway & Wellbeing Services
- Technical Services
- Your Students‘ Union
- Library & Learning Services
Once you’ve fully enrolled, you will be able to view your induction timetable and the general timetable for your course via myUCA.
You’ll get your personalised course timetable (showing only the sessions for the teaching groups you've been assigned to) during Welcome Week, which will tell you when and where you need to be when teaching begins.
