You'll have access to state-of-the-art, industry-grade facilities, including our dedicated Film and Media Centre at UCA Farnham, featuring specialist spaces for audio and video capture, control rooms, a dubbing theatre, and rehearsal and performance areas. If you're studying Television Production, you'll be based at Maidstone Television Studios, one of the UK’s leading TV production hubs.

As a graduate of our film production degree or film and television degree, you’ll join a network of award-winning alumni—including Oscar and BAFTA winners—who have made their mark in the industry. Our students regularly earn prestigious awards for their work, showcasing the strength of our film production courses.

We’ve also partnered with BAFTA and Albert to integrate sustainability and industry best practices into our film production university degrees, ensuring you graduate with the essential training to step confidently into the world of film and TV.

Shooting stars

We're proud to say that many of our alumni have gone on to make high-profile careers in the film industry. Meet just a few of them here.

Gareth Edwards took the box office by storm in 2014 as the director of the Godzilla reboot and went on to direct Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. His accolades include BAFTAs, British Independent Film Awards and Emmy nominations.

William McGregor graduated in 2010 and has gone on to work as a director on Poldark, His Dark Materials, Misfits, One of Us and The Missing, winning Emmy, BAFTA and Cannes Lions awards.
