There are five different accommodation blocks available - Worple Road, Wilberforce Court, Ashley Road, Crossways House, Bradford House - located either next to campus or a ten-minute walk away.
Whichever you choose, you'll be in shared accommodation with single bedrooms, each of which comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair - you can put your personal stamp on it with your own soft furnishings.

Housing up to 58 students, Worple House is on campus and features eight flats, each with between five and eight en-suite bedrooms. One flat is accessible for students with disabilities. Check out these 360-degree images to get an idea of the rooms you'll find at Worple Road:
Located next to campus, this complex has 12 flats on three floors, each flat featuring between four and seven bedrooms, and accommodating up to 70 students in total. Just 100m from campus, Ashley Road accommodates up to 28 students across six flats. There are shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Around ten minutes' walk from campus, Crossways House is home to up to 99 students and is purpose-built for student living. Each flat has up to eight en-suite bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and communal space. It's located close to the town centre and the Rainbow Leisure Centre.
Bradford House is our newest accommodation, due to open in September 2021 and housing up to 99 students. Each flat has up to seven en-suite bedrooms, with a shared kitchen and communal space. Like Crossways House, this accommodation is around ten minutes' walk from campus in a similar location.
Things to know:
- Student wardens live on-site, so there's help out of hours if you need it
- There are no parking facilities
- All bedrooms and shared areas are heated
- We’ll provide a vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush, and mop and bucket in each flat
- You’ll need to bring pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, tea towels, towels, sheets, pillow(s), and a duvet (and cover) or blankets
- We operate a no-smoking policy in all our residences and buildings
- Internet access is included in the residence fees.
