Lucy Jones is a Senior Lecturer on our MA Architecture and MA Interior Design courses at UCA Canterbury. She has over five years experience teaching both Architecture and Interior Architecture and now works predominately in academia teaching both Design and History and Theory.

Lucy studied at Edinburgh University and The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL.

Lucy has over six years practice experience; she qualified as an architect in 2011 and previously worked at Rick Mather Architects, OMA New York and REX.

Lucy has experience of large-scale refurbishment and adaptive reuse projects, working with the existing fabric of listed buildings on complex sites. She has worked on multi-programmatic schemes, auditorium design, academic buildings, large-scale housing and bespoke small scale interiors.

She is also part of design collective Warmbaby, who build installations and artworks that forge a relationship between community and space, encouraging people to participate in and be curious of their surroundings in sites from the English countryside to the Nevada desert.
