Annamarie is the Teaching and Learning Development Manager at UCA based in the department of Research and Education.  She is the HEA Scheme Leader, managing the Creative Education taught and experiential CPD provision and also manages the Learning Development Tutor team.

Annamarie is the university lead for teaching observations/peer-supported review and has recently written a chapter entitled ‘Making sense of practice through Peer-supported review’ for a forthcoming SEDA Special on Reflective Teaching.  She has a professional background in librarianship with other twenty years’ experience in public and academic libraries. She has a keen interest in creative education mentoring and reflective practice as reflective tools for collegial self-improvement.  Annamarie is a Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has been in various senior learning, teaching and research roles at UCA since 2003.
