Ethnic diversity at UCA

UCA aims to be a global authority on the creative arts. To do so, we aim to match the ethnic diversity of our student body in the composition of our staff. It is vital that our students and staff see themselves represented here.

It is equally important that the diversity of our staff bring a lived and professional perspective that can speak to and engage all our community and ensure that services we provide are relevant and educational for everyone.

We want staff at UCA who can challenge the way we do things, whether that is in the content of our courses, the events that we celebrate, or the day-to-day experience of working at UCA.

We aim to be an anti-racist organisation and seek to co-create that culturally and innovatively, including Forum Theatre experiences with our talented Film and Performing Arts students.
