Start a course in February

This academic year is unique. We know it’s affecting everyone differently, and that many of you will need more flexibility as you choose your next steps. So for some of our courses, we’re offering the option to start your studies in February 2021.

This option could be for you if:

  • You were planning to start university this autumn, but decided it wasn’t the right time.
  • You’ve started a gap year, but changed your mind and decided you’d like to go to university this year instead.
  • You’re an international student and aren’t ready to join us this autumn.
  • You’re looking to reduce accommodation costs by completing your first year intensively over 6 months of study.

Pre-degree courses that start in February

If you’re an international student and have been unable to come to the UK courses this autumn, joining a pre-degree course in February will allow you more time to prepare.

Undergraduate courses that start in February

Joining our February intake is a great option if you want to condense the first year of your undergraduate degree and save on accommodation costs. You’ll study year 1 units intensively over six months, working through the summer so you’ll be ready to join year 2 in autumn 2021.

Postgraduate courses that start in February

If you decide to join one of our postgraduate programmes, you’ll study at UCA for full calendar year, from February 2021 to February 2022.

Live Virtual Open Days

Since you can’t come and visit our campuses right now, we will be hosting a series of live online events this November, designed for you to find out more about studying at UCA.
