Dr Frank Fitzpatrick has recently joined the UCA Business School after an accomplished overseas career in international management in Education and Cultural Relations.
He has a PhD in Cross-Cultural Communication in International Business, Masters degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Linguistics (MA) and a BA in Organisational Behaviour from UK universities. He is also a qualified lecturer (PGCE).
He has recently published “Understanding Intercultural Interaction: An Analysis of Key Concepts” with Emerald Publishing and has published peer-reviewed articles in Critical Perspectives in International Business Journal.
