UCA sees big rise
in university rankings

The University for the Creative Arts (UCA) has climbed 48 places in a league table determined by the people who matter most – the students.

In the WhatUni Student Choice Awards, UCA rose to 77th from 125th and improved significantly in all eligible categories, including Career Prospects and Student Support.

Welcoming the news, Professor Sarah Clark, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Student Experience at UCA, said: “These rankings are solely driven by student opinion, and it shows that our focus on providing the very best student experience is making a real difference.

“We have really focused on using student feedback to make UCA an even better place to study, with big improvements to timetabling, improving access to workshops and investing in new facilities.”

Next month, more than 1,000 students will celebrate their graduation and become the next generation of creative talent helping to drive economic growth in the creative industries here and around the globe.
