Accommodation at UCA Rochester

Our halls of residence

Our hall of residence is only a stone’s throw from our Rochester campus and has a great view over the river. Halls are self-catering. Each bedroom has a bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair, under-bed storage and a notice board. Bring your own bits and bobs to make the place feel more homely.

How to apply

If you think Rochester may be the right campus for you, you can find out more about how to apply or simply get in touch. Our dedicated team are here to help make your move as smooth, comfortable and enjoyable as possible - so you can focus on getting stuck into student life.

Phone: +44 (0) 1634 888 723

Please note that accommodation is limited (216 rooms). We give priority to new students starting a full-time course, and whose home address is furthest away from the campus. Some rooms may become available during the year and we operate a waiting list for these.

If you’re not successful, or you choose not to go into halls, we can help you look for private accommodation.
